Job Description
Are you the kind of person who thrives on opening doors, sparking conversations, and seeing potential where others might not? If that sounds like you, then this Business Development role could be exactly what you’ve been waiting for.

This company has been making massive steps, investing in top-of-the-line machinery, moving into a brand-new premises, and achieving accreditations that have caught the attention of the competition. Now, they’re ready to push things even further—and that’s where you come in.
You’ll be the one who gets the ball rolling. It’s not just about picking up the phone—it’s about having those meaningful conversations, really understanding what clients need, and turning that into long-term business. You’ll be working with a close-knit team that’s already making impressive strides, including Tom, who’s been with the company for 4 years now, climbing the ranks after learning from the best.
Interest: Your role will be to pique the interest of potential clients, making them curious about how this company can help them. With the right conversations, you’ll show them exactly why they should sit up and take notice.

Building relationships is second nature to you. You’ll know how to make clients want to work with you, turning those initial conversations into something solid. It’s not about the hard sell—it’s about creating genuine partnerships that benefit both sides.

If you’re not afraid to get stuck in, whether that’s picking up the phone, setting up a meeting, or jumping on a video call, then you’ll thrive here. You’ll have the freedom to make things happen, with the support of a team that backs you every step of the way.

What we’re looking for:
  • A natural flair for business development—you know how to create desire from the very first conversation.
  • Strong organisational skills—you can keep track of leads, follow-ups, and ongoing conversations without breaking a sweat.
  • Excellent communication—you know how to get your point across, whether that’s over the phone or in writing.
  • If you’ve used a CRM system before, great! If not, you’ll pick it up quickly.

What’s in it for you?
  • A £30-32k basic salary with uncapped OTE—how much you earn is down to your results.
  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30.
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • The chance to grow and develop with a company that’s really going places.

If you’re someone who loves building relationships and can see yourself thriving in this kind of role, let’s have a chat. This could be the next big step in your career.
