Where they went on holiday.
What their dog’s called.
That their daughter was nervous about starting secondary school.
When someone walks into the showroom, as showroom advisor it’s not just about helping them buy what they thought they wanted.
It’s the gentle suggestion you make that gets them thinking…
That extra product or upgrade they didn’t come in for. but leave with, smiling. Because you understood what they really needed.
If that sounds like you, you might just be the person we’re looking for.
We are looking for you a Showroom Advisor (you’ve probably worked in retail, you are a people person) to join a small, supportive team representing a prestige automotive brand.
As showroom advisor you will work closely with a hands-on Showroom Team Leader who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and about their team.
Your role?
- To be the friendly face that makes people feel at ease.
- To listen well, ask the right questions, and offer thoughtful guidance (not pushy sales).
- To keep the showroom running smoothly day-to-day, help out at events, and make sure everything looks its best.
- No long hours, just one in every three Saturdays and no later than 5:30pm during the week
- You’ll be listened to, your ideas will matter
- You’ll be part of a business that wants to see you develop
- £25–28k depending on experience, 22 days’ holiday (rising to 24 with good attendance), bank holidays off, and a proper benefits package
This role is exclusive to Marshall Harmony, you won’t be approached by a third party.
